Rules for Reserving Waterside Clubhouse
YOU ARE ONLY RESERVING THE CLUBHOUSE NOT THE OUTSIDE POOL AREA
As a Waterside Resident, you may reserve the Clubhouse one day during the week (Monday- Thursday) and one day during the weekend (Friday-Sunday) for each calendar year (January- December). This is included in your Homeowner’s Dues. See guidelines below:
- If you wish to reserve the clubhouse for additional days, it is $150.00 per reservation, non-refundable.
- Memorial Day – Labor Day: only Monday-Friday can be reserved.
- After Labor Day until Memorial Day: Monday-Sunday may be reserved except for UT Football Game Weekends (see below)
- UT Football Game Dates: Only the indoor kitchen may be reserved – NOT THE CLUBHOUSE.
- To reserve the Clubhouse, you must submit this RESERVATION FORM AND send your $250 deposit to Julie Smith at 244 N. Peters Rd., Knoxville, TN 37923 once your date is confirmed. Reservation is not complete until deposit is received.
- Furniture must not be moved
- Trash must be taken out to the containers in the gravel Parking Lot (outside the gate to the right provided by Waste Management).
- Refrigerator must be cleaned out – do not leave food, drinks, ice,
- Oven and microwave must be left clean
- Counter tops and all surfaces must be left clean (supplies are in kitchen)
- Restrooms cleaned and trash removed (new trash bag replaced)
- Sweep and mop floors
- Turn ALL lights out within restrooms and clubhouse.
- Make sure that the Cable Box and the TV are turned off.
- Make sure all doors are completely closed when you leave.
– DO NOT PROP CLUBHOUSE DOORS OPEN
- Music must end no later than 10:00 pm.
- Guests need to leave quietly upon departure (respect your neighbors!)
– CLUBHOUSE DOOR WILL LOCK DOWN AT 9:45 PM. (You will not be able to get back into clubhouse even with homeowners Fob.)
If you do not follow the above rules, you will forfeit you $250.00 security deposit. Weight Room will still be open to all Homeowners. By submitting your online reservation, you agree to abide by these conditions, and are responsible for all inventory of the clubhouse. Please report any damages as soon as possible. This is YOUR clubhouse. Please treat it with respect as you would your own home, and do not let others abuse it. It is recommended that you print this page to refer to when preparing for your event.
